Minions freezing in lane. (Gameplay)

I have seen multiple times while playing that minions keep freezing at random spots in the game. It normally seems to happen when two minions are close and one dies. The other one seems to freeze. This may have already been reported but i didn't see it.

To clarify freezing. They stop functioning and just stay still and won't move as other minions move past it.
