Insight Mastery Not Working

Just played a game with this Mastery and didn't receive any CDR beyond what my runes were applying.

Your SUMMONER spells have 15% reduced cooldown.
Its working for me, are checking your spells CD and not your summoners?
Insight does not give normal CDR. It reduces your summoner spell cooldowns only, NOT your basic abilities. Because of this, it will not be added to your normal 40% CDR at all.
Yea I noticed it as well.
Im experiencing the same thing too, hopefully they fix it soon, its throwing me off
Insight: Your SUMMONER spells have 15% reduced cooldown.
Summoner spells = flash/heal/ignite/exhaust/tp not your champion's abilities. It does not give cooldown reduction, nor does it perfectly stack with lucidity/distortion boots (taking all 3 will give the lowest summoner spell cooldowns but it does not give 40% reduced cooldown on flash/tp as you'd expect only 28%).
Just tested this again this morning and it's still not working. 0% CDR being applied from this mastery.
Yeah, def not seeing anything being clearly applied. It would help since the cost of many core Mage items have been increased.
