[VISUAL] Bug emulating dead pixels

While playing on 2560x1440 resolution, a strange visual bug occurs. Something akin to a column of dead pixels. But it's obviously not, since when I Alt+Tab, its not there. I can see it on other parts of the screen when I screen capture it, as well upload it and see it in the image.. I can draw on it cover it with the in game cursor and it goes away.

It happens about every 1 out of 3 times I enter the game in full screen, borderless, or windowed.
