Loading Screen Crashes (pt. 2)

TL;DR No one, at all, should be punished for remaking the game. Because its unbelievably unfair to people with the loading screen bug.

(This is truly a serious issue with the /remake system and people who suffer from client-side and server-side bugs. I'm going to re-post this EVERY time this event happens. All including the story of what happened - until I can finally get a reply, from someone that can pass up this message.)

So, here's the story: About at random, even before remake was implemented, I used to queue up for games sometimes and this odd thing would happen - the loading screen would utterly stop, or freeze my computer entirely for 2+ minutes, force me to reboot entirely, or "lose connection".

My connection is very, very, very unlikely to have the problems this suggests. Ever since getting my new connection it has never really had lag of my fault - only the server's. I've heard of this EXACT problem happening to many other people. This happens maybe once every 5-10 games, i'd say, maybe more often.

Then the remake system comes along. When I first read it, and don't notice the back-stabbing painful twist to it. I think "Finally, maybe this will be a nice fix to my problem." Then I see it, the punishment of giving punishment to only the person marked as "afk" regardless of the legitimacy. I die a little bit inside, but it never really affected me until I just queued up for ranked.

I go to champ select, maybe experience some lag, but nothing major. Select finishes, goes to loading screen... Only a few cards show the champs/skins. I had gone to the bathroom, since loading takes about the same amount of time.

I come back and see, and then I sit around and wait. Loading doesn't progress.

I tab out to see "you have lost connection," y'know, the usual.

I close it. And have to wait to load it back up again to re-log.

Sadly, I didn't get to warn my teammates so they had it remade, not thinking of how horrible of a person you are to automatically assume its their fault, and that will ruin your entire game.

A window pops up. In big, red, accusing and harsh letters states, "LEAVER (Remake)". I've actually seen it before in normals, so I think nothing of it, other than a bit of anger of it happening on ranked, which usually has no issues. Then a message pops up, stating I've been placed on low-priority queue for X whole games, for ten entire minutes... Lovely. Also, I had 23 LP. Now I have 5. I just made it into bronze IV, now I'm in danger of getting shoved back down to the bottom, just because of this huge flaw in the system.

I highly doubt anyone intentionally AFK'ing will go AFK before first blood and 5 minutes.

Please, Riot, this may not be the highest possible issue at the time, but I ask that this /remake system gets a few changes so everyone is happy. No punishment, at least until this issue is resolved.
