Bug report

All day ever since I have logged into league of legends, and I go into champion select, i type in the lane i would like to play, and as soon as i send it, it disappears, it doesn't show up in the chat, it just erases what i just typed in the bar as soon as i press enter. I'm not entirely sure why, thinking it may be some kind of bug. And I don't know if anyone is calling anything in there, and if they are, then i don't see that either. Anyways i'd really like for this to be fixed. As it is hard to tell if someone has called something, and would not like to get in trouble or be reported for refusing to communicate with team.
