game client wont open.

last 2 weeks i can open the client maybe 5% of the time. it just brings up the leauge of legends logo then nothing. idk what to try anymore. ive restarted my computer, closed reopened league, full repair. i also turn everything else on my computer off. mcafee, steam, discord. i was able to get into 1 game once everyone else had loaded in. any advice would be helpful at this point.
