So, in my last few bot games, I noticed that I would occasionally lose complete movement control. Basically, I could do everything, but move my champ. Occasionally I wouldn't be able to do anything, and no it wasn't a lag spike. I lost complete control. I played a Def Not Dom game, and if the issue persisted there, it went unnoticed. I was playing as Dark Star Thresh. I'm unsure if this is a bug or not, as it seems like I'm the only one it happens to. I've checked all of my software, and everything is up to date. It might be my mouse, but I'm 99% certain that's not it, because it works fine everywhere else. I lowered all visual & audio settings to increase performance, and that had no difference whatsoever. I'm scared to go into PVP for obvious reasons. Please help

Similar thing happened for me yesterday in two games, one of them was sadly my promotion game. Once in a while I lose the control of my champion either totally (clicking abilities or summoners either from keyboard or by mouse doesn't work), or partially (I'm moving like I would be slowed while I have same MS speed and nobody around, sometimes I even "walk" in place without moving). This makes fighting with anybody impossible, moving on map problematic, and once even a champion without a boots was able to chase me and catch while I had the cooldown boots on me.

What's even worse, on both of my games there was a problem with spawn of monsters in jungle. They started spawn at 2:00, so my bot was delayed and came to their lane much later then the enemy's. Monsters seems to spawn strangly - when the animation of spawn finish, there is like 2-3 second delay that they're not targetable.

I'm 100% sure this is not the problem on my side. I had ~30ms of ping, I've checked network logs and they were okay. After the first ranked game I've reinstalled the whole client. Same thing happened in 2nd game (I was sane and started a normal one). Nothing changed on hardware, all other applications work properly, system is stable. It's also not the problem of performance, I can play on highest settings with constant 50-60 FPS.
