[Client] Client does not recognize windows system repair

I had to restore my system to a few days ago due to a network error. When I booted up league I could enter the store and access the chat and look at summoner profiles from the client. I could not, however, start a game. I went into a ranked game, but when loading in it took me right to a waiting for stats screen. After a few times of doing this I noticed a client/server mismatch popup. Whatever patch I missed wasn't huge, but I needed to repair my client and I lost a significant portion of time in a ranked game (in fact I'm waiting on the repair process while writing this).

I know this is not an easy bug to fix, but it can really screw people over (right now I'm at risk of being reported for afking because of a bug where the client fails to recognize it is outdated). I just figured it should be brought to attention so that a fix in the long run may be implemented.
