Keys not working for abilities.

Keyboard inputs (Q,W,E,R,F,G,1,2... etc) aren't activating skills.

Keyboard works: I can talk in chat, enter, quick-level skills (crtl + q,w,e,r).

Not a smart-cast/key-binding issue: checked and restored defaults, etc...

Mouse can be used to activate skills.

Logging out of game does not fix the issue. Shutting down the client and restarting league provides a temporary fix.

Not a consistent error. Had it 4 games ago and in this most recent game. between these games the keys worked properly.

Current thoughts: could be dual-monitor related? Border-less. Only started happening since the most recent patch.

Not champion specific (first occurrence was on Kench, second occurrence was on Soraka)
