Jinx attack speed bug

I play jinx all the time and i can tell jinx is not shooting as fast as she normally does. Especially in her star guardian suit. it's a waste of money and she's not even moving or shooting the correct amount of attack speed she supposed to be doing. there's a huge delay. please fix. i do not want to waste my money on a skin for a bug champion.
