Not recieving tokens from Snowdown pass

I bought the Snow down pass, but i still have a token stash to collect the tokens when I buy the pass (which i did). What should I do? Thank you.

same is happening to me, I purchased the pass and saw the token stash for a second then it went away forever. tried restarting and everything, nothing has worked. hope someone can figure this out.

i just won a game with the pass and didnt get my first win of the day tokens or the 10 tokens you get from winning. whats going on?

I also bought the snowdown pass and I can't claim the stash and it gives me the get pass link but doesn't let me claim the stash.
