Double Surrender
Just played a game where both teams surrendered. The team that surrendered second, in response to the first team doing so, then lost the game.

Yup. It's a fun my friends like to play called tactical counter surrender.
Happened to me when we were taking the enemy nexus. We agreed to surrender as a joke and their nexus was one hit so my friend killed it but the victory screen appeared then it moved all the way to our nexus and said defeat.
