Biscuit delivery on an AFK teammate prevents a team from being able to remake.

I'm hoping this is a bug and not intentional

If an AFK player on your team has biscuit delivery, For some reason the game thinks that either the player has been connected or has bought items so they have connected at some point, and prevents the team from making a remake vote. In this case, the enemies team kai sa was AFK and her team could not remake the game despite trying.

EDIT: to clarify. Because the biscuit pops into kai sa's inventory, it prevents the remake

Hope this gets fixed immediately, this can be used to troll a lot of games.....
