FPS Issues with League, constant drops and low FPS despite capped at 144

Katroaster - league keeps FREEZING AHHHHH

My frames also drop to 30 or 25 very frequently, which is when I notice the game freezing too. I have tried re-installing 3 times already along with every other solution found online.

i have the same problem but with more lag and more freezing its unplayable at this point ... i start the game with 100+fps and drops to 37 -35 on tf its lame
