Used Nami's ult on Zed, but it didn't knock him up or do damage
I ulted Zed point-blank in dragon pit, and the ult did no damage on him, nor did it knock him up. A few others saw it as well and questioned why nothing happened to Zed.

Azir's Ultimate starts a little behind him so enemies right on top of him get hit. I don't think Nami's Tidal Wave does the same; I think it starts a little in front of her. I main her, but I really haven't done an in-depth inspection of where exactly the line starts. You could run an empty custom match and use it to test exactly where it starts.
