[CLIENT] - Stability - Instance where the client just hangs on 0 before ban phase. SEV 1

So yeah, basically happened to me and some of my friends a lot in the past month. You just pre-select your champion and then when the timer hits 0 the client hangs. You can still see the chat and connection log but nothing happens wherever you click or whatever you do. You just have to wait for the ban phase to be over and hit 0, then everyone leaves the lobby but you are still locked in there. You have to quit the client and this usually result in the client not opening at all until you restore to a older version with windows and repatch the client. This is frustrating because this mostly happens in PROMOS, which counts as a dodge and puts you on a dodge queue timer.

I know visual support or crash logs would help a lot to investigate and fix this issue but there is no such thing when its not the game crashing but the client I think.

If there is any way I could help the investigation please tell me so that I provide you with necessary infos.
