Baron bugged?

Was just in a game as warwick jungle. We managed to ace so we went to baron and it started out okay. But once we got it to like 10k health everything went weird. The barons health bar wasn't moving for me and I wasn't moving either but I could still see that morgana and vayne were attacking it. then all of a sudden they left so I assumed we killed it. I pressed back then a few second later I was in base but there was no recall animation. Next thing I noticed was my jinx and cassiopeias deathtimers were stuck at 0 and still showed them as dead. then I was teleported back to the baron pit and the baron was still there but its health was dropping and my morg and vayne popped back up by me. then I teleported back to base. I went to go clear some camps but their health bars didn't move either they just disappeared all of a sudden. At this point it kept teleporting me between camps and base. I tried to leave and reconnect to see if that would fix it but I kept teleporting and it still showed my teammates as dead. I then died and the same thing happened for me I was at a 0 death timer after 40 seconds but my screen was still grey and it still showed my death spot. Because of this I couldn't do anything and we lost the game. I even checked my ping and fps but they were still the same as they were all game so I don't think it was lag or fps drops. the only thing I could think of was it was a bug. as u can see right now my internet is fine as I'm typing this.
