League Client Crashes my PC/Windows

I have no idea what to do. Usually my computer will slow down at first stuff like a youtube video freezing momentarily, my mouse moving slowly like it's lagging, etc. But now I'm trying to update league and it is impossible. After 3 tries of having to hold my power button because nothing works I've gone to the boards.

Specs - AMD Ryzen 3 1200 Processor NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1050 Ti 16 gb memory
