Banner of Command Double-Promote Bug
So last night I was playing an ARAM as Garen and we were facing an AP-heavy team. We as a team opted to get Banners of Command to help push up the wave. This is where it got strange... A teammate promoted the cannon minion of the wave, and I misclicked and hit the cannon minion too. This is where the bug happened. The promotion does not stack and thus did nothing but caused the item to go on cooldown.
To reproduce this bug:
- Get two or more people with Banner of Command
- Promote on minion with one banner
- Promote the same minion.
- Second item goes on cooldown which hurts the team pushing potential.
