Game crashing/not allowing connection constantly [GAMEPLAY] [CLIENT] [CRASH]

So, there's this "How to Submit a Bug" thing, right? I'll do it verbatim then. Maybe it'll work.

How to Submit a Bug

In the title, briefly describe the bug and tag it as [GAMEPLAY], [CLIENT], [CRASH], etc. --This bug always occurs anytime I start a game or I spectate a game. It either tries to reconnect or crashes. ALWAYS

In the body of the post, include a more in-depth description of the bug you are encountering. --First, I couldn't play because I got a black screen while loading, now it won't even load after champ select. Just constantly goes back to the "reconnect" button. Can't even spectate other people because the entire client and game instantly crashes and closes. This already cost me 3 of my provisional ranked games, so that's real fun.

Follow up the description of the bug with numbered step-by-step instructions on how to reproduce the issue. --A description with steps? Literally any attempt to play any mode of game causes the game to sit at the reconnect screen immediately after champ select finishes. --As for the spectating bug, all I have to do is select "spectate game" on a friend and the game will instantly and ALWAYS close. Nothing else will ever pop up.

Include how frequently you can get the issue to occur and any video or screenshots of the bug that might help clarify it. -How frequently? Every. Single. Time. Every single time I start any game or spectate. I have not been able to play League for weeks. I even waited for the new 10.4 patch to come out. Thought maybe it'll fix it.

No, of course it didn't.

Just saying, I sure would like this bug fixed because I've loved this game for 10 whole damn seasons, and would hate to stop playing now because of some BS bug.
