Client Log-in Bugsplat of infinity

So I updated the client, and all of a sudden I am getting riddled with an endless cycle of Bugsplats. It tells me something went wrong and needs to restart, only to restart and pop up another bugsplat, and again..and again I had to close down the client But Now I cant do anything because RiTO broke the client again this is after I got frozen out of 3 games because the game would crash on the champion select loading screen, then told me it was some "unexplained directX issue prevented the game from starting" so I restart, it updates, and now I am stuck in an eternal loop of client restarts and bugsplats.
