Fiddlesticks scarecrow passive bug

It isn't really game breaking but it could get me killed or have some effect in game play. I just finished a game with him . I caught it twice were I just couldn't move randomly as if I was frozen . I think this has to do with his additional scarecrow passive where a certain seconds he stays still frozen . I have 2 clips showing the examples in the same game.
