Yo I can't even open the game

Hey Riot, I've had difficulty opening your game for quite some time now, and with this new patch it doesn't even want to open at all. Restart computer? Nope doesn't work. I really don't want to try to reinstall the whole game because let's be honest it takes way too long to install it. BEFORE YOU EVEN ASK IM ON WINDOWS 10!!

Hey so I just restarted my computer (for the fourth time) and it finally opened, so if yall could figure a fix so I don't have to go through the process of doing all that again that'd be greeeeaat.
