Skins not remaining selected

In the new Dynamic Queue, your skins are not remaining selected from game to game. I just recently bought Pulsefire Ezreal, and every time I use him, I have to manual switch to the skin, or it defaults me to Debonair Ezreal. I'm guessing its because Debonair was the last skin I used when the old ranked was brought back for a bit
