[GAMEPLAY] Singed's Q Fog-of-War Disappears.
Hey! So I played a few singeds recently and noticed if you lose vision of them, their Q disappears and gets quite annoying sometimes.

it's like that with a lot of abilities. aka lux orb thing, sion knock up, nunu ult...... idk why they do that but hey, it's not our decision. we got to live with it :/
