Shaco devourer wolves multiply bug

Hi summoners, I recently discovered a bug in LoL with Shaco, when you get the devourer smite upgrade and you ult, there comes an extra wolf behind you. This eventually gets in the way because they stack so much that they will block your path when you turn. As an Shaco main, this was gamebraking for me, due to the fact that i got stuck because of this and then died because of this wolf multiply bug. Please check this and fix this, i saw people saying it on another forum too and my friends got it aswell.
