Bottom of Client Cut Off [CLIENT]

On entering champ select, the bottom of the client is cut off, preventing me from chatting or changing runes/masteries

Steps to reproduce:

1. Open League client

2. Join/start a game

3. Enter champ select

So far this has only happened the one time
