Server Crashes during Load-Up

I have been suffering from server crashes as my game is supposed to be loading up. I did not have this issue a month ago, but now, every time I try to play a game: black screen. A minute or so later, a pop-up says that the server has crashed and gives the options of "retry" and "cancel". I have found that clicking retry brings nothing but failure. However, if I click cancel, go into my friends list, send a message to someone on that list, THEN click reconnect. I found this works about 1/3 of the time to get you connected. Sometimes, I even reconnect during the load-up!

And RIOT, if you find the root of this issue, please fix it. My internet works just fine, even at those moments, so I strongly believe that it is something on your end. Then, after it IS fixed, please let everyone know that it is and what the issue was exactly.
