If Nunu is in a bush, hidden from view and uses his ult on enemies outside of the bush, the enemies see no effects except that they are suddenly slowed. Nunu is not revealed during the entirety of his Ult. Is this intentional or a bug? It cost my team the last game I played as Thresh on March 26th, 2015.

Its been like that for ages and I'm pretty sure its intentional. If you don't notice that there are snowflakes under your champion and that you are oddly being slowed while walking past a bush thats your problem.
It's always been that way and people not paying attention to their suddenly being slowed is the sole reason AP Nunu remains viable.
Since you were playing Thresh, you could have just tossed your lantern in the nearest brush and see Nunu... Then grab or flay to interupt... The damage on Nunu's ult is pretty low unless fully charged.
And if you just let him fully charge it, thats your problem, you have to easy ways of interupting it and used none of them. Kinda your fault there.
Thank you for the post Nejuer. Now I know the cause and when it took effect. I just never came across this situation before. I started playing in 2013 so I missed that patch update.
