Championship Kalista Missing Frames between passive jumpi

I was playing a game with Kalista, just your normal every day thing. But after I got Runaan's, Bork, and B-Greaves and started to kite the enemy, it didn't seem to run as smooth as it usually does. She started to lag in between her kiting capabilities. I do not know if she had a recent update but she was not running as clear cut as she used to? If anyone else is having this problem let me know because I'm hoping it's a skin issue and not the champion.
