Crash, possibly packet loss due to a summoner

My support and I (adc) we aren't too high in elo but we play together from time to time. This game crashed on us making us incapable of reconnecting let alone starting a new game with the account it was under. After doing some research we found that the Fiora was responsible for the packet loss, on purpose of course. The looks of his 100% win rate made it a little more believable since he seems to be the one not having the issue each game it looks to have happened. If it is possible to completely disconnect or be removed from the party after a certain amount of time that would make way more sense than sitting in purgatory waiting on some sort of response from the server or the others on our team who refuse to ff. No I am not going to make another account because I am low elo what is the purpose of putting all the time and money into one account to "smurf" another low elo account. I just want to have this issue addressed because it is not very fun waiting to queue up on the only account I have. It's a video game and I know some people have spent plenty of time or money on their accounts too, this isn't the only time this has happened to anyone. I do not even care if I lose elo, eject my account from the already dc'd game. I should not have to sit and wait for, potentially 3 trolls wasting time, or one knowing they're disconnecting everyone from the server/game for free wins.
