Mastery points/Note bug

It's been few weeks since I noticed this bug. Sometime, when you end a game, the circle where your note appears is loading to the infinite and so it doesn't give you mastery points or notes. I would say that it happens 1 game out of 4 but i've just had 3 games on 4 where i don't get points. It's not a visual bug because i've checked the points on a list for X or Y champion before i started a game with the actual champ. It doesn't work neither if you deco/reco. I'm from EUW but since we no longer have a forum of our own, i'm posting on NA.
