Stuck in pregame chat room

I was starting a normal game with a duo. Players picking phase ends and we wait for the game to launch. But we have a yellow message telling something like 'Message system: your game is going to start in few minutes. ' So we wait just as we were asked to and... nothing happens. After long minutes waiting we decide to cut the client and try to reload the game and we succeed to join the actual game. Game is already at 8min and enemies are pushing our inhibs. We lost and got a leaver buster, so What the Hell is going on with all riot games problems ??
