Fatal Crash error that occurs at random when entering or loading up a game happened to me in ranked forcing me to lose lp (nice system riot) and freezing my computer on the load screen I can still alt-tab but I can't close or exit and restart the client and since I'm stuck on the screen even though my computer is still running I cant send the crash info and I am forced to restart my whole computer and when I did that it took to long to get in-game and a remake happened (thanks to the next in line of que for the client even though I was the only one and was first in line) this bug has also happened to me in aram 3 times twice in the same game causing me to lose rewards even though I got in-game at around 5-6 mins and played the next 15+ please fix this and if u can give me back my lp

P.S BALANCE THE GAME

(edit day 2) the bug is still happening the day after the patch causing afks and relogs before 3 minutes almost forcing losses and the person who doesn't log in is forced to lose lp because of this crash I even got in before 3 mins and I didn't get lp from the win because of this they said major issues are fixed but this is the biggest 1 a remake happens every 1/4 games and people are losing lp because of the update, not their own systems or teamates

(edit day 3) The bug seems to be gone but I have still heard of people crashing it has not happened to me today yet and in all my matches everyone seems to load in on time with no complaints of remakes

(edit day 3 part 2) The bug has made a reappearance and 2 games in a row I've had it with 2 teammates get it in 1 game and an enemy in another please fix this

(edit day 4) I encountered something similar to this bug where the game would freeze the same way but would not give me a fatal error so this is still an issue and you can still crash in your ranked games requiring a hard reset

Its happening to my friend constantly now, almost every second game, crashes in loading screen, cant do anything besides alt+tab but it doesn't even change screens.

4 Times here today. In separate games. 2 friends if mine Me And an enemy once. Gj rito. When will we get our free tokens for this event? cos at the beginning of this arcade event we also weren't able to play. Also for rank players, better not to play rank at this point, also remakes fail to pop up sometimes.

Happenning to me as well, after rebooting and trying to reconnect system errors started popping up. Crash cannot be circumvented, you are unable to open up task manager or even alt+f4. Only solution is to reboot. I am currently locked out of the game completely, any attempt to re-log auto reconnects me and crashes instantly again.

Had a game where 2 people didnt load in, everyone screwed around thinking it would remake and then it didn't. I now have a 2 week suspension for "inting". Thanks Riot.

UPDATE: Submitted a ticket to player support. Was totally ignored because "intentional feeding isn't cool and Riot doesn't tolerate it, even if you get tilted". Even though i provided a THOROUGH explanation in the ticket. UPDATE 2: Asked to speak to a human CSR. Still totally ignored.

FIX YOUR GAME RIOT.

Happen to me too , in the launhing of a game or in game show me the message of fatal error and lock screen on it can't even alt+tab or alt+f4.I don't really care about the loses of my lp since its on tft but fix it .Its not fun to restart my pc at all game. Thanks.(got the bug at least 5-6 games)

Has been happening to me since I updated to the most recent patch. As a result of this bug, I've demoted; when I got back to promos, crashed the two games I needed in order to promote. A little bit annoying, just, a little. [sg-shisa]

This has happened to me 4 games in a row and is even happening in tft and it’s happening to people on the other team too! Fix this! This is getting ridiculous because I can’t even close the windows and even if I am able to and try to reconnect it immediately crashes and the same message appears.

Same for me. Starting the game and the second i would hit the loading screen the error message occurs. i lost 5 games in which i didn´t participate. And every time there is a tiny hotfix/patch i am hoping they fixed it...but they did not till now....it is so frustrating!!!!

This happened to me ,one of my teammates and one of my opponents in the same game, which ended up remaked... The game before was also remaked because one of my teamates also crashed. Can you at least disable ranked queues or something?

It's still happening, just happened again. Don't play ranked. I've lost lp in 4 ranked due to remake. It'll happen about every 5 games or so for me.

Yup same, lost lots of lp, tried disabling a bunch of other apps for no benefit. Still happens randomly, never occurred before this patch, hopefully they can catch it soon.Twitch

Not sure if my problem is similar, but I just downsized my PC from an ATX tower to a Mid tower. All the parts are the same, but the past 2 days when I try to log into league, I instantly get a crash report.

Could someone from Riot at least acknowledge these bugs from the new patch? I havent played in over 48 hours due to client issues, and loading issues, and FPS in game issue. Going over several forums and Social Media sites, Riot is pretending this isnt happening, no where have they even spoken about these issues. Losing thousands of players a day over this, im talking straight uninstalls too, not temporary quitters. Ive lost 2 out of 2 games due to the bugs and refuse to log back in until it is patched and fixed. If we hit the 7 day mark without a fix or at least acknowledgment, I will be permanently uninstalling this game that I have played since Season 1, and spent hundreds of dollars on. Truly the worst fucking patch Riot has ever rolled out, by a fucking mile. I cant play, none of my friends can play (even on europe instead of NA), tens of thousands of players cant play and you wont even post an apology. Sad, and extremely disrespectful. Ban me for swearing and I will also uninstall. Fix your game, Riotards.

This has happened to me three times now over the past week. And the most recent one got me flagged by leavebuster. Honestly it's not even worth playing league until they fix this if I'm going to be punished for their bad code. Once fixing this they "should" remove leavebuster points gained during this time since the fault is on them.

It happens to me constantly, i started a custom game to check if it was occurring and nothing happened so i started a ranked game right after it and it happened to me.. 5th time it happens in ranked and its completely random.. gg riot fix your game

It happened to me also. Couldn't exit or do anything about it I was on a Ranked game and its not my fault for the client breaking down. I want my LP Back :C Its just sad a company of this caliber have such weak bugs.

It happened to me, i had to 1/ fully reinstall the game via Hextech Repair Tool Heimerdinger 2/ update video card driver (for me, via Geforce Experience) 3/ restart the PC.

It solved the problem for the few games i played since. Hope it helps some of you guys ! [slayer-pantheon-thumbs]

Bug happened to me today, I crashed while loading into ranked TFT and couldn't get back in, I had to close all the league processes in the task manager.

Finally found a fix for me. On patch launch there was a error crashing games, but this typically occurred during the load screens. They shut down ranked and patched this, but it was the random within 1 minute in game crash that persisted post fix. Turns out when I was troubleshooting the original error with the patch, the client properties, reached from right clicking on the shortcut, had a comparability setting turned ON for windows 8.1 while I am on windows 10. Unchecking all of the compatibility settings is what finally solved this error. Another helpful tip I learn from this is have the always in front setting for task manager. Hope this helps!
