Fatal Crash Error Season 9 9.15

So after the crash error in 9.14, we again have a fatal crash error in 9.15 that has happened to me 3 times now and just like last time required a hard reset aka turning off my whole pc I don't know how or why it is back but I still can't create dump files and it still causes me to show up late for games or force remakes this bug needs to be fixed it has been happening for 20 days throughout 9.14 and currently in 9.15 see my last post about the bug in 9.14
