where is the fix on SR visual Riot?

Is Riot going to IGNORE the visual bug on SR again? And let the community comes up with the solutions (only God knows how long) and then lets summoners fix it at their own risks? How long has it been? Many players been experiencing this for weeks, still no answers from Riot. Thanks to Riot and its new board. Riot probably never gonna read this, sigh.
