My in game sounds bug every couple of days and i have to disinstall and re-install the client to fix

This happened first time 3 days ago, i was in an aram and the in game sound started to bug, sometimes i could hear them and sometimes it was like the volume was muted. I did the full repair and it didn't fix the problem. So i had to disinstall and re-install the client and for 3 days the problem was solved. Today it happened again and again i had to do the same thing. I know the problem are not my drivers or my pc 'cause on youtube or other games like Skyrim and Dark Souls the sounds work perfectly, so what's the problem?
