Fiora Jungle Bug

Fiora W in the jungle has a problem right now. The bug occurs when you W while fighting any camp other then Wight, and maybe Golems but I forget. Obviously, you can only parry large monsters/minions and champions' autos, whoever, on occasion (quite often actually) you will block the large monster's attack, but the actual damage from W will be dealt to a small monster instead.
