I can't get tokens

So litereally like 18 hours ago i played 4 games of aram, got no tokens at all. Now i finished a SR game and again, got no tokens at all, what is happening is it a bug or some restriction?!

Bug , it's being fixed Tho it has been like that for 2 weeks for me
