League chat instantly disconnects me when i try to join

Hey, trying to play some League of Legends with my partner here ans everytime i try to join league chat in lobby it instantly says connecting then disconnected right away!! its quite annyoing. see i thought it was on my side but it wont even let me test my.mic my mic works i test it on discord my voice recorder but everything about the leageu chat is unresponsive. please help >. <!!!
