Mouse going off screen

So, I played 4 or 5 games today. But the last game was a tilt fest for me. My courser would go off screen onto my other monitor. SO I went into full screen to see if it would stop that. It didnt. SO I disabled my 2nd monitor. It would still go off screen. When i right click, itll sometimes pop up the pop up menu for if you right click on the desktop its self.

Im not sure if its a bug on riots part, or something with my pc. But it hasnt done this since they updated their coursers. It would do this often on the old curser. Ty for any help
