[Ashe] - Hitting 4+ Targets during Q

Whenever I play Ashe after I finished Blade of the Ruined King, Runaans and had my Q active my attacks will hit more targets then intended.

Testing Steps

Choose Ashe Build Runaans and Blade of the Ruined King Stack up your Q Attack a target while more then 3 enemies are within your basic attack range -> Your Q will hit multiple targets outside of your primary target and your 2 runaans targets.

Able to reproduce this Bug with 100% chance, hits on bonus targets reduced by number of enemies (so 1 bonus enemy=every hit, multiple enemies=less often).
