Rune editing in champ select

hi there, I have been experiencing a load of bugs regarding runes lately in champ selects. 1 or 2 times the game autoselected the rune page saying i was not level 8 yet (Which is strange since i was level 31 at the time).

Now i think this is the third or fourth time, but the game just won't let me select or interact with either runs or summoner spells in champ select after i open/close rune pages a few times.
