@Riot regrding Jayce missing animations.

Now could I get a categorical answer as to whether you will fix his missing animations? The last time your answer was "not at this time" and that was months ago. Now you're about to release a new skin and its STILL not fixed. So when will the "right time" be? (http://www.riftherald.com/lol-skins/2016/10/18/13322848/bard-jayce-sejuani-karthus-new-skin-lol) As you can see your skins team definitely desgined the skin with the notion that the head of Jayce's weapon would be able to expand/contract. It seems like an insult to your skins team that that isn't the case in the live game, not to mention you're knowingly selling a broken product to your customers. It's not as though you're not keen on fixing visual, non gameplay impacting bugs as can be seen at the bottom of every patch note.
