[gameplay] Krugs resetting for sion jungle

This happens mostly since Sion is a slow clear and i seen this happen mostly when botlane marksman leash. The krug after a while will lose aggro meter rapidly if you are slow at clearing it. Then once it resets it will lose aggro if you attempt to redo. Let me repeat this happens mostly when you have a marksman leash.

Steps to reproduce. 0. Be on blue side

1. Charge q 2 seconds before krugs start
2. Have marksman and support "soft" leash (only 1 or 2 auto attacks)
3. smite
4. clear slowly
