Vi's Ult Locking Up

I was playing Ranked, when I ulted Ashe from the opposite of the nexus. I got locked out for around 7 or 8 seconds, and consequently died. This could have cost us the game, but luckily we won!

Still, I thought Vi's ult couldn't be stopped by anything?

"Immune to crowd control" according to Rito. False, try Fiddlesticks' fear on her. The fear worked mid-ult on me the other day, reported, but no feedback from Rito yet. Her ult is all bugged out right now, it seems.
