Ranked win not registered?

I just won my third game in the promotional series, but I am still in the same division (Gold 5) when I should be gold 4 now. The win is still in my match history, so why am I still gold 4?

I just won a placement match and it didnt give me the win credit it, but i can see the win on my match history
