Endless "another instance of the launcher is already running"

I cant start league,played it a lot during this summer on this pc, now cant launch it. Reinstal,fixing wont help. Lol.launcher.admin.exe wont help. Starting with IE exployer,deleting files(many people sujested many type of files i reinstal each time it failed),starting as admin wont help. So rito mb 4 processes is too ******* much for 1 game?

Can someone help me plz?Sry for my english, but i dunno what to do.
