When is riot going to fix the "unable to select champion / that champion has already been picked"bug

The client is still full of bugs (Which is why we shouldnt be forced to use it) but to me the most annoying bug is when selecting a champion to pick or ban it often (Edit: Almost 100% of the time) will have a pop up window saying that there was an error / unable to select / or that champion has already been banned or picked. This bug has forced me to dodge at least 4 times in ranked and normals because when selecting a champion the window pops up, has to be closed then the champion has to be reselected and then the lock in button can be pressed, a process that can take up to 5 seconds with how laggy the client can be.

TLDR champion select is still full of bugs that force dodges, which is completely unacceptable for a major game developer
