Illaoi hit boxes

Hey so in about 70% of the game I play with Illaoi in them her hit boxes for her Q and tentacles appear red in colour. Seeing as I'm red green colour blind (and on colour blind mode) it makes it rather difficult to play against her (Light red on a green background? Really?). Is it just some sort of weird visual bug or is there a setting to change the colour?
